Anxiety, depression, family dysfunction and suicide have been an effect of the recent pandemic.  The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted literally everyone.  Stress has impacted everyone in some way.  As society "opens up" and many return to work, the environment will be different.

In this webcast, we will explore the mental health consequences of the pandemic, identifying personal warning signs, as well as those in co-workers and employees.  Specific action tools will be presented to help deal with mental health issues and support a positive adjustment to the "new normal".

Participants may submit questions using the chat feature and may be considered for use in the event.
